Nana-Adwoa (pronounced Nah-Nah-Jew Wah)

Nana-Adwoa Ofori holds a B.A from Smith College in addition to studying fashion at Parsons School of Design. She has designed women-wear for Polo Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, and Gap.  She has her own style column on Examiner, in addition to being a a regular contributor to Learn Vest, PopEater, Black Voices, AOL Radio Blog, Spinner, and Rock the Disco, to name a few. She also hosts a weekly radio show on Blog Talk Radio, Nightly Candy Chat.

In addition to writing she enjoys taking pictures, improving her skills in Photoshop, telling stories from the annals of her interesting life, watching shameless Reality TV, designing clothes, and spelunking for unique vintage clothes.
