What a Weekend it has been! Japan is officially in a recession, there are wildfires spreading in California, and people are rallying for the right for same sex marriage.. Aye Dios Mios! I do believe in the saying though, “that this too shall pass”, and in the meantime to take our minds off of the perils of the world, we can bask in in some Nightly Candy.
I do have to regret though, that due to an overwhelming amount of comments, I am just unable to respond to each one any more. Since I have been blogging about celebrity juice especially, my goodness the comments keep ROLLING in. I thank you all for taking the time to show some love, or HATE (A Sarah Palin wink for you all) but there are just not enough hours in the day! Plus it’s beginning to freak me out a little bit on HOW invested some of these people are in the lives of celebrities. Some people are taking my frivolous blog to heart! This is a light and happy space! I won’t engage hate or give it a platform! There are millions of other blogs for that. If that is your game, try Fox.com that’s better suited for you…

Sheree Whitfield is the focus of this post. AKA BLACK ICE QUEEN

If you have been tuning into the Housewives of Atlanta, there is NO WAY you have missed the self-righteous, conceited Sheree. On the show she is depicted as a juvenile, two faced woman who only cares about gratifying herself and only herself. On the episodes I have watched she has barely showed her children, and has only referenced them a few times, where as the other cast members make their children a central focal point of their lives.
THERE IS A REASON FOR THAT! Sheree is hiding something, and that something is that she does have two children with her ex husband, NFL star Bob Whitfield, but in an interview with Essence Magazine, she revealed that she has another child………

Tierra is Sheree’s 23-year-old daughter whom she gave birth to at age 15.
Sheree’s 3 beautiful children are shown posing in the photos accompanying the article. However the captions under the photos describe Tierra as Sheree’s “friend.”

What is there to really say Sheree. WOW How you gonna do your daughter like that? Is it her fault that you got knocked up at 15 years old? Oh.. I get it.. It’s because you have created the false sense of identity in HotLANTA where you prance around in your Prada, pretending to be a designer, and you think your daughter will shame you??
SO WHAT? You had a daughter young! Your blood is your blood. You decided to have her, so to cast her in the shadows is really cruel.
It’s SAD on this show you have NO PROBLEM pointing the finger at NeNe every chance you get, calling her ” “not classy”. How “not classy” is it for you to not publicly claim your daughter because you are afraid of what people might think? Nene is a stand up woman, who openly admits her past, but has made herself to be an amazing woman with philanthropic foundation to assist women who have been abused and battered, The Twisted Hearts Foundation

What is Sheree doing, besides creating fashion lines that totally SUCK and drying up her ex-husband’s money with fake boobs and facials.
I also think ESSENCE is at fault for agreeing to feature her in an article and letting that slide. For a black women’s magazine I would think they would not tolerate the dis empowerment of another black woman.
TISK TISK on you ESSENCE.
Ultimately the fault does lie on Sheree. Ooooh I have no desire to EVER go to Atlanta if it is filled with superficial black Ice Queens like her..

Oh My Goodness, this was so sad to read!
It’s one thing to laugh at the show when her fashion “designs” totally flopped but this is on a whole other level.

I haven’t watched many episodes of these season but what I’ve seen, Sheree has always been the one I really disliked especially when she “invited” Nene to her party then when Nene arrives she is not on the guest list. Then giving that lame apology later on. SMDH!!! Right there she just made make the fakeness off her. Now this new information makes not want to try to catch to watch the show. I might in the future when I’m really bored but women like this make me sick.

To address the issue of the reader who brought up contractual obligations for the show:
I am aware of this process in TV, and I am sure on Housewives of Atlanta, of course there were contractual agreements. BUT no one knows what they were except the cast and the producers. We can only assume. But I am sure you are correct that as you stated “Lisa is married to Ed Hartwell with one child but does not showcase or mention the other two children she has by Keith Sweat, so is she cold as ice or heartless?.”
I don’t think Lisa Wu is heartless at all, I love me so Wu! My post was specfically about MY OPINION of the “character” that SHEREE presented on the show, which was an Ice Queen even if she had never given birth, the show presented a self-centered, selfish woman, not a saint. I hope you are and I were watching the same show? In addition I brought up the fact that in the Essence article her 23 year old daughter was named in the photo caption as “her friend”. I can say with conviction that this was not a typo or mistake on Essence’s part. In fact I am sure it was a “contractual agreement” between Ms. Blackwell and the magazine. Essence would not have run that article with that caption unless it was agreed upon before hand by Ms. Blackwell. I take the liberty of making that educated guess because having worked for Conde Nast publications, as magazine would be held LIABLE and would spend all of its money in court, if they were to make such a decisions without consent of the party interviewed.
I most certainly am not “nailing anyone to the cross” OUCH.. That’s a statement is deeply routed and soaked in religious context and connotation and has no business on my blog, ick! That’s something a GretaWire lover would write..
I dish about Entertainment, Lifetsyle, a little political banter here and there. Some are my own personal opinions or opinions I’ve heard in the street implemented with my comedic flare.
Unless I am talking about Obama, I’m usually, as the British call it “taking the piss” so LIGHTEN UP!

It is so funny. The her eldest daughter looks just like Sheree’ and the other kids. Maybe she has her reasons on why she’s done the things she’ done? Maybe her daughter didn’t want to be apart of the things her mother is in to? Maybe they came up with an agreement that she didn’t want to be aprt of the show? Who knows……Sheree’ really needs to grow up. Life isn’t always about being “GRAND”. Be responsible. Make your own money! Stop waiting on getting 7 figure from your ex and move onwith your life. Take care of your kids. All of your kids!!! Just be true to yourself.

it would be a better to swallow to think that Sheree and her eldest daughter had a pact together that prevented mention of her on the Housewives show…. I highly doubt it though…
But hey you never know. It wou;d sure make it easier to like Sheree’s character wouldn’t it.
PLEASE, let’s be real. Every series needs to have a villian. Sheree fits the mold with fying colors!

Sheree is so fake. I’ve been saying that since the first show. She says people are intimated by her success, what success??! Trying to get a 7 figure settlement from her soon to be ex-husband. I haven’t seen her do anything, but shop & get in Kim’s head about Nene. Kim so stupid because she let Sheree turn her on Nene because of their problems. Kim deserves everything she gets from Nene. If you seen the preview on the reunion show, you see Nene cussing Kim out, & Sheree is just sitting there. Shouldn’t she have Kim’s back since she’s the one who started this mess with Kim & Nene?? She left Kim hanging from I can see. Sheree is corny for not acknowledging her daughter!!! The B**** is just FAKE!!!!

As for Sheree, I would not care if she had a child at 12 years old, your blood is your blood, I would never introduce my child as my friend ever! It just confirms what I have believed about her from the start of the show, she is not GRAND at all. She wants to appear to be more important than she is. Again, I say, Sheree… stop worrying about seven figures and get the six figures you need a REAL CAREER!

Sheree…. I can’t stand the girl. She keeps talking about the 7 figure divorce settlement. Has she ever heard of getting a dang job? Then that dreadful clothing line. She’s such a fool. How are you going to call yourself a designer when you didn’t even take the time to pick out your own fabrics, do research and check references as well as see samples from your seamstress? Then she brags about how she’s starting the clothing line with her own money and it’s costing her over 100k… did you all see the hole in the carpet that she tried to hide with an area rug in the dorrway? If she really had over 100k to drop on a clothing line, then she should have paid her mortgage, got her son some braces and bought some new carpet. She just needs to get a job.

I did not like sheree at all on the show. And I think that kim was so stupid to listen to anything that she said. All Sheree did was starting mess between kim and NeNe and she would not own up to what she did. And That clothing line was a HOT MESS! I would not throw my child away for anything. No matter how it make me look. She is worst than a man!!!!

OMG, those two girls look exactly alike!!! That is crazy. Why wouldn’t she say that she has another child. And how does that daughter feel having her mother ditch her like this to the world. Everyone in Atlanta has to know that Sheree has this daughter. I don’t know if this is accurate. Are we sure?
